Nap Mat

Matthew showed up to Preschool with a plain vinyl nap mat, while everyone else showed up with elaborate nap mats. To redeem myself I made a cover and matching pillow. He loves it. I haven't quilted in a while but this is the first of many projects.

Matthew's 1st Day of Preschool

Matthew's individual adventures outside of the house has officially begun. Today was his first day of Preschool. He goes on Mondays and Thursdays from 9-2. His teachers name is Miss Suzanne. His good friend Adyen from church is also attending with him. I am excited to see him learn and grow, while he is excited to be around other kids.

San Diego 2008

We had such a blast on our first Welch vacation. We stayed in an awesome house just blocks from the beach. We were able to just hang out and enjoy each others company. Matthew was a trooper, we found out early on in the week that he had two ear infections, a bacterial infection and that his croup cough came back. It was fun to watch the kids play. I forgot how much I love the beach. Thanks to all for the wonderful time!!!!

The Welch Family

Paige's 1st Airplane Ride

The kids slept most of the way to and from San Diego, which was a blessing since Clay sat in the cockpit on the way there and was not able to get on the return flight with was. I have two super easy travelors.

We went to Sea World on Wednesday and Matthew loved seeing Shamu. This was a fun family outing.
