Thanksgiving

Paige helping Aunt Stacey with the rolls.

Jeff and Matthew with the legos.

Paige watching the Cowboys with Uncle Allan.

A little trampoline fun.
This year I had my sister and brother over for Thanksgiving. Clay just happened to be over nighting at Alliance and he invited the FO over to eat with us to. I made all the fixens including a ham, turkey and an apple pie.

Paige 1st bowl of ceral.

I was out running errands and I come home to this, Paige for the first time eating ceral with milk like a big girl. Clay had no idea that she had not done this before. This is also a picture of her crazy morining hair ( a tangled mess).

Clay catching the Christmas Spirit

Clay is usually a Grinch when it comes to Christmas. This year he wanted to put lights on the house. He had two little helpers help him accomplish this task. He even had them up before Thanksgiving. He is enjoying the joy that the season brings to the kids. At night once Matthew saw all the lights lit up he said "This is the best Christmas ever!"

Enjoying a fall afternoon in Texas.

Matthew has gotten the hang of swinging himself in the swings and Paige runs up the playground and down the slides by herself.

The difference one year makes!

Do they ever stop growing?

Who needs a chair when you have a buddy.

Paige and Missy are highly amusing at times. Missy puts up with the ever-constant chasing and teasing from Paige with more patience than at times I myself have. But as when Matt was this age Missy just plays along and absolutly loves the attention. These pictures are an example of what we see on a daily basis in my house.

Thanksgiving Program

Today was Matthew's first Thanksgiving program at school. He had the option to dance or be a number. He chose to be a number which made his father really happy (he thinks that males should not dance). He was the number nine.
Paige had her Thanksgiving feast at Mother's Day Out yesterday. They made these cute heads pieces for them and I thought it would be fitting for her to wear to the program.
I really love the picture of Matt and Paige together. Lately it has been difficult to get an awesome picture of them together since Paige still doesn't like the camera that much.

Leaves

Our beautiful trees in our front yard have matured enough for us to enjoy the falling leaves in the fall. I love this time of year and the kids are enjoying it too.

Flower Mound Pumpkin Patch

Halloween Night

Halloween night was spooktacular. This was Paige's first year to trick or treat and she was so cute. Every time she received a piece of candy she would giggle and have to show everyone what she had received. We went to our ward building to trunk or treat and then headed off with the neighbors to trick or treat around the block.
