I have been busy cooking while anticipation the arrival of Clay tonight. The poor guy has had just about enough of Taco Cabana. Paige has been my little helper. I turned around while making split pea soup and found that she was sleeping on the job. Cooking can take it out of ya. Hopefully Clayton will enjoy some good home cooking the couple of days he is home. I made for the first time an apple pie (his favorite thing).

Taco Cabana sounds like my kind of eatery. Tacos for breakfast lunch AND dinner! hehehe
