This is the special doll that Clay gave to Paige the day that he left. She loves it. She likes to wrap it in a blanket, have her sit on the table while she eats and sits with her in her stroller. She also likes to role her around in a little wagon.

Happy Birthday Clay!!!! The kiddos thought you might like to have some pictures of them on African animals!!! You are an amazing father and the kids sparkle when you are around. I am truely lucky to have such an amazing partner through this journey of life. Hope you had an amazing day with the boss man. Love you lots!!!!!

Mommy Got A New Toy!!!

Clay needed a camera to take to Kenya soooooo...... he took the old one and I got a pretty darn nice new one. I have had fun learning about this complicated beast and still have about 99.9% more to learn. Here are some of the fun pool pictures we took. The quality is so much better.

Swimming with Daddy!!!

Before Clay left for Kenya we went to the pool eveyday when he was home. It was the best way to cool down and keep the electric bill down while dealing with 105 degree weather. Matthew has managed to teach himself how to swim and dive down. Paige loves running around the pool and keeps mom and dad on their toes because she just darts off. She loves to just jump off the edge or step and just assumes you will catch her. She is not scared of being dunked under water. We enjoyed this time as a family.

4th of July

What $60.00 can buy you.

This fourth of July was a laid back one for us. We went and bought fireworks, ate at Wendy's and swam at the pool. Once it finally got dark we woke Paige up and Clay was like a kid again setting off all the fireworks.

Ward Skate Party

The last big party as the Highland Station Ward took place at Roller World. Paige was fearless on her skates and Matthew had fun with his best friend at church Kendra. The ward is splitting on the 19th. Everyone has been speculating on who will go where. I have been serving as Activity Day Girls Leader for the past 2 years. I love my calling and am interested to see if they will keep me with my girls.
